Apollo connects to Claude Desktop via OAuth using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) Connector framework. You authenticate once — no API keys to copy, no configuration files to edit. Claude accesses Apollo through the approved Connector scope and runs on your existing Apollo credits and plan limits.

Yes. Your Apollo data stays in your Apollo account. Claude accesses it through the OAuth-authorized Connector scope during your session. We never see, store, or have access to your Apollo data. The integration runs entirely within your Claude Desktop environment.

Emails send from your actual Gmail or Outlook address — not a third-party sending domain. Claude generates drafts; you review and approve; emails go out from your real inbox. This preserves your sender reputation and deliverability.

Both. For Gmail, Claude integrates via the Gmail MCP Connector. For Outlook, we deploy the Claude for Outlook add-in via Microsoft AppSource, which places Claude directly in your Outlook inbox task pane.
