Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
1. Services
B2Bpipe provides configuration, setup, and ongoing optimization services for AI-powered outbound sales using Claude Desktop, Apollo, and email/calendar integrations. Our services are delivered as a managed setup and optimization engagement billed monthly.
2. Client Responsibilities
To receive our services, you must maintain active accounts with Apollo, a supported email provider (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), and Claude Desktop (Anthropic). You are responsible for the costs associated with these third-party services, including Apollo credits and any applicable subscription fees.
3. Payment Terms
Services are billed monthly at the rate agreed upon during onboarding. Payments are due at the beginning of each billing period. We accept payment via credit card or ACH transfer.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Upon cancellation, we will provide guidance on maintaining your existing Claude Desktop and Apollo configurations.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we work diligently to optimize your outbound sales results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as reply rates, meeting bookings, or revenue. Outbound sales results depend on many factors including market conditions, prospect quality, and messaging effectiveness. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding three months.
6. Intellectual Property
Email templates, campaign strategies, and ICP targeting configurations we create for you are yours to keep and continue using. Our underlying methodologies, processes, and know-how remain our intellectual property.
7. Confidentiality
We treat your prospect data, email templates, campaign performance data, and business information as confidential. We do not share your data with other clients or use it for any purpose other than delivering our services to you.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
