We handle the technical setup end-to-end. Here's what happens after you book a demo — from onboarding to your first campaign launch.

Initial Onboarding Call

We learn about your current sales process, ideal customer profile, existing tools, and goals. This 45-minute session gives us everything we need to configure your setup.

You'll walk away with a preliminary ICP targeting strategy even before setup begins.

Claude Desktop Installation & Configuration

We guide you through installing Claude Desktop and configuring the Apollo Connector via OAuth. No technical expertise required — we'll screen-share with you if needed.

Settings → Connectors → Search for Apollo → Authenticate. That's it.

Apollo OAuth Authentication

Apollo connects directly to Claude Desktop using OAuth. No API keys to copy, no configuration files to edit. It runs on your existing Apollo credits and plan limits.

Your Apollo data stays in your account. Claude accesses it through the approved Connector scope.

Gmail & Outlook Integration

We set up Gmail integration for draft generation and campaign sending. For Outlook users, we deploy the Claude for Outlook add-in via Microsoft AppSource directly into your inbox task pane.

Claude generates drafts. You review and approve. Emails send from your actual address — no third-party sending domains.

Calendar Connection

We connect your calendar so Claude can check availability and auto-book meetings when prospects reply. No more back-and-forth scheduling emails.

Supported calendars include Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, and most CalDAV providers.

First Campaign Launch

With everything configured, we define your ICP targets, build your first email templates, and launch an initial campaign. We review performance together and optimize from there.

Typical time from onboarding to first campaign: 3-5 business days.

Be Specific with ICP

The more detail you give Claude about your ideal customer — industry, role, company size, funding stage, pain points — the better the prospect matches will be.

Review Before Sending

AI drafts are 90% there. Adding a quick personal touch before sending — a reference to a shared connection or recent post — boosts reply rates significantly.

Iterate on Messaging

Track which email variants perform best and feed those insights back to Claude. The AI learns what works for your audience and improves over time.
